Use the pouch back-of-house and a reusable aluminium bottle in service. Keep the original batch and opening date with the bottle, follow refrigerated storage instructions and use a clean bottle for each refill.

"What is Flowstate?"
"Flowstate is the liquid functional base in the drink. We created the recipe and serve; Flowstate supplies the measured base and the approved product wording."
"What does it taste like?"
"It brings a sweet and sour component to the drink. We choose the ingredients and balance the final recipe."
"What does the Beauty one actually do?"
"It contains bovine collagen, Vitamins A, C and E, zinc, biotin and selenium. We can show you the menu wording supplied for this recipe."
"What about the Electrolytes one?"
"It contains magnesium and potassium. We can show you the nutrient information for this recipe."
"Does it have collagen in it?"
"Beauty contains bovine collagen: 1,125mg at 30ml, 1,312.5mg at 35ml and 1,500mg at 40ml of Flowstate. The quantity in your drink depends on our recipe. Electrolytes does not contain collagen."
"Is it vegan?"
"Electrolytes is vegan and vegetarian. Beauty isn't - it contains bovine collagen."
"Does it have caffeine in it?"
"No. No caffeine, no stimulants - it's vitamins and minerals."
"I'm pregnant / on medication - can I have it?"
"Best to check with your doctor first. Beauty carries that note for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and Electrolytes for anyone on medication or with a kidney condition. Happy to make you something without it."
"Is it like a sports drink?"
"Same minerals you'd recognise, but it's a bar concentrate - built as a proper serve, not a functional shot. Clean sweet-sour, nothing artificial-tasting."
"How long does an open pouch last?"
Refrigerated, 14 days once opened. Unopened, one year. If you're not sure a pouch is inside the window, don't serve it - reorder.
