Make it with Flowstate

Everything your team needs to serve Flowstate

Serve specs, authorised health claim wording, menu copy, staff scripts and compliance guidance - all in one place.

The whole system, in three lines

  1. 1

    Pour 40ml.

That's the dose, and it's the only number that's fixed. Build the drink the way your list wants it.

  2. 2

    Sell the function.

    Flowstate Beauty

    Hair, nails & skin

    Vitamin C, E, A · Zinc · Biotin · Selenium · Bovine collagen

    Flowstate Electrolytes

    Hydration & recovery

    Potassium · Magnesium

  3. 3

    And sell the occasion.

    • "The one after training."
    • "The spa serve, after dark."
    • "The one for getting ready."
    • "The morning after."

In an alcoholic serve it goes on the menu as Flowstate, with no nutrient line. The ingredient credit stays, the function comes off.

Staff FAQ

What to say when guests ask

Occasion talk is always yours. When a guest asks what it does, use the lines below - they're set by the GB register.

"What does it taste like?"

"It's unflavoured - clean, sweet-sour, no artificial edge. It's a base, so the flavour is whatever we build on top of it."

"What does the Beauty one actually do?"

"It's built on vitamin C and zinc. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails. It's a proper drink, not a supplement shot."

"What about the Electrolytes one?"

"Magnesium and potassium. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, and potassium contributes to normal muscle function. A lot of guests take it after training, or as a morning serve."

"Does it have collagen in it?"

"Yes - 1,500mg per serve. The benefits on the menu belong to the vitamins and minerals though, so that's what we quote."

"Is it vegan?"

"Electrolytes is vegan and vegetarian. Beauty isn't - it contains bovine collagen."

"Does it have caffeine in it?"

"No. No caffeine, no stimulants - it's vitamins and minerals."

"I'm pregnant / on medication - can I have it?"

"Best to check with your doctor first. Beauty carries that note for pregnancy and breastfeeding, and Electrolytes for anyone on medication or with a kidney condition. Happy to make you something without it."

"Is it like a sports drink?"

"Same minerals you'd recognise, but it's a bar concentrate - built as a proper serve, not a functional shot. Clean sweet-sour, nothing artificial-tasting."

"How long does an open pouch last?"

Refrigerated, 14 days once opened. Unopened, one year. If you're not sure a pouch is inside the window, don't serve it - reorder.

Anything else a guest asks - say you'll check, and message us. We'll come back the same day. That's what the system is for.
