Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Flowstate Drinks Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17358127, registered office 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom ("Flowstate", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. They cover use of the website only - the supply of products is governed by separate trade supply terms agreed with each customer.
2. Trade audience
This website is directed at hospitality and trade professionals. Product, serve and claims information on this site is provided for trade use - menu construction, staff training and compliance - and is not consumer advertising.
3. No offer
Content on this site, including any indication of products or services, is an invitation to discuss trade supply - not a contractual offer. No contract is formed until agreed in writing between Flowstate and the customer.
4. Health claims and compliance content
Authorised health claim wording reproduced on this site is taken from the GB Nutrition and Health Claims Register and must be used exactly as written, together with the accompanying statements and warnings shown. Venues remain responsible for their own menus and communications; Flowstate provides pre-cleared wording and guidance but does not accept liability for modified, partial or out-of-context use of claim wording by third parties.
5. Intellectual property
The Flowstate name, logo, and all content on this site (text, graphics, serve guides, training materials) are owned by or licensed to Flowstate Drinks Ltd. Trade customers may use the serve guides, menu wording blocks and training materials for the purpose of serving and selling Flowstate products in their venue. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission.
6. Accuracy
We keep the site accurate and current, but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product specifications, doses and claim wording are controlled by our compliance documentation; where this site and a printed label differ, the label governs.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our total liability arising from use of the site is limited to £100.
8. Links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
