1. Who we are
This website is operated by Flowstate Drinks Ltd ("Flowstate", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17358127, with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: info@flowstate-drinks.com.
2. What we collect and why
We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:
- Trade enquiry form - venue name, venue type, your name and work email address. We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange a tasting kit and a first meeting, and follow up on trade supply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
- Email correspondence - if you email us directly, we hold your email address and the contents of your message to reply and manage the relationship.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails without a lawful basis to do so.
3. How form data is processed
Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., and enquiry form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Netlify acts as our data processor and may process data on servers located outside the UK, subject to appropriate safeguards under its data-processing terms. Netlify also collects standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operational purposes. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as our hosting provider and email provider), or where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting trade relationship, and is reviewed periodically. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete the data within 24 months of last contact.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to our processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@flowstate-drinks.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version.
